Summer Awards and Showcase Night 2015
It's nearly time for our Superstars Awards and Showcase Night 2015. It's one of our biggest events of the year and we can't wait to see you there.
Nominations for awards are open until midnight Wednesday 15th July 2015. Make sure you nominate your team mates if you think they should be recognised at awards by clicking here.
Thursday 16th July 2015
5.30pm
ALL SUPERSTARS ATHLETES ARRIVE WEARING THEIR RED SEASON T-SHIRT AND BLACK BOTTOMS (Black Season T-shirt only if you don't own a red one). (Anyone who does not arrive in correct kit will not be able to be in the team photos).
6.00pm
All family, friends, supporters arrive. (£2.50 per person towards fundraising).
6.00pm-6.45pm
Raffle ticket sales, kit/swag, tasty treats, DVDs, prepay membership for next season and posing with the trophies.
6.45pm-8.15pm
Showcase of tumble skills, routine sections, stunt group performances, raffle draws and awards.
8.15pm-8.30pm
All help pack up for the summer.
ALL PAYMENTS THROUGHOUT THE EVENING NEED TO BE MADE IN CASH.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH CASH FOR EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO BUY.
The raffle, tasty nibbles, DVD sales and entry fees will all be going towards Superstars fundraising with the hope to be able to purchase a tumble wheel and at least 1 mat full length sprung floor next season. Any surplus of this and our mega Christmas 2015 raffle will be going towards competition transport next season.
What will be available to buy and how much will it be?
RAFFLE
A selection on fun cheer and girly prizes will be available to win in the raffle. All prizes are valued at aprx. £10 and above with some worth over £50. Raffle tickets will be drawn throughout the night and prizes selected by the winners on a first drawn, first choice basis. Prizes will be on display before you purchase tickets.

TASTY NIBBLES
Various treats to give you some naughty, sugary or chocolatey energy throughout the evening at aprx. 50p each. We need to sell out of these.
TRAINING WEAR / KIT
We have a huge selection of training wear and kit available to buy on the night in a range of sizes.
Prices range from £5-£20 per item for training wear and competition uniform will also be available at £40 per item.
PRE-PAY 2015/16 MEMBERSHIP AND SAVE £5
Pay on the night and save £5 on next seasons' membership. 2015/16 season membership for Sept15-July16 will cost £45 which includes 2 t-shirts, team book, badge and a new bonus gift.

TUMBLE CAMP
Pay on the night to secure your slot at tumble camp on 23rd August 2015, 3-7pm.
£20 for 4hrs fully coached tumble training.
What will happen during the showcase and awards section?
We have a lot to show and only a little time...
We'll be asking all athletes who want to showcase skills to take a turn on the air track (or perform on the floor if prefered). Each athlete will get 1 pass on the air track and 1 on the floor. Both can be spotted if prefered and we hope spectators will take lots of photos and video of what they have to show.
Selected stunt groups will perform their routines (or sections of them).
We will be announcing awards, rewards, staff for next season and the raffle.
The evening will conclude with some (very freeform) photos.
At the end of the night we ask that everyone help us pack our equipment away safely for the summer and leave the site clean.
