Superstars Staff Training
This weekend Superstars had a huge moment in the programs' history. We held our first whole staff (and a few future staff) training day. 17 people attended to learn more about themselves, the program and their coaching.
We covered areas from health and safety to level knowledge. From non-verbal communication to neuro-linguistic programming. And from continued professional (and personal) development to coaching Superstars birthday and hen parties.
The day was a 6hr training which included food and drinks, snaps and a KangaBoots orienteering / scavenger hunt.
We hope everyone who attended had an excellent time and learned a lot. We can't wait to arrange the next Superstars Staff Training and hope it will be a regular event in the Superstars calendar twice a year going forwards.
