Finalists for the Berkshire Sport Awards 2014
Reading Superstars is thrilled to have been shortlisted for the 2014 Berkshire Sport Awards. The team has made the final three for Team of the Year and our own Cailigh Jones has made the finals for Sports Personality of the Year.
Over the past season Superstars has earned 8 National Champion titles and an additional Regional Champion title as well as a range of other top 5 trophies. The team was selected to represent England at the ECU European Championships in June 2013 and the Superstars routine earned the 2nd highest score of all the Team Englamd routines competed. We expanded to have more teams and divisions entered than before and began offering dance in all three competitive styles; jazz, pom and hip hop. The team has also worked with hundreds of young people at schools across Berkshire teaching cheer, stunt, tumble and dance.
The Berkshire Sport Awards 2014 will be held on 7th Feb 2014 and members of the team and coaching staff will be in attendance to enjoy the evening with other clubs from across the borough.
